Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to assignment start.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy petence with comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, functional treatment planning, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Experience with documentation of letters of medical necessity and charge entry preferred.Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and to participate in student experiential programs preferred.Adherence to applicable State Practice Act, maintenance of professional licensure, and completion of required continuing education. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic.Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.Assignment duration: 13 week assignment.Patient population focus: Orthopedic outpatient caseload.
