Construction SuperintendentOur client is a commercial construction company that is looking to add a few Superintendents to lead project execution. Superintendent Responsibilities:Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force to include subcontractors and assistant superintendentsCoordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budgetMaintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/EngineerManage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedulesCommunicate and enforce Safety and Health Management ProgramSuperintendent Must Have Skills:5-10 years of construction experience with some experience as a site leadFamiliarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase OrdersMust have experience with large-scale healthcare projects.Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced superintendents and tradespeopleProcor or other project management software experience is highly desirableSuperintendent Compensation and Benefits:Truck prediem providedExcellent Insurance Package401K
