Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active State License is Required to Start the AssignmentBLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCMust have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 yearsExperience with HCHB EMR preferredLicenses: Must have WA, needs OR - can start with WA while obtaining OR Apply now and you will be contacted by a recruiter who will give you more information!
