Description We are looking for detail-oriented Project Assistants to support a high-end food and beverage event in Pebble Beach, California. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to interact with guests, manage event logistics, and ensure a smooth experience for attendees. Successful candidates will play a key role in the execution of this exclusive event. Responsibilities: u2022 Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and informed. u2022 Assist with ticket scanning to facilitate efficient entry into the event. u2022 Provide support with high-end food and beverage service, maintaining a high standard of conduct at all times. u2022 Coordinate event logistics and manage timelines to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Monitor and adhere to the event's dress code, ensuring a neat and detail-oriented appearance. u2022 Collaborate with team members to address any unexpected challenges during the event. u2022 Uphold high standards of hospitality and service throughout the event. u2022 Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces as needed. u2022 Ensure compliance with parking and other logistical arrangements for staff. u2022 Report to supervisors regarding progress and any issues promptly. Requirements u2022 Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred. u2022 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines effectively. u2022 Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Neat appearance and adherence to dress code requirements. u2022 Ability to work flexible hours as required by the event schedule. u2022 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
