Utilizing a Patient Focused Care approach, provides sitting services to a specific group of patients within the Trinity Health System. Shifts Available: 7:00 am u2013 7:00 pm, 7:00 pm u2013 7:00 am Status available: Full-time, Part-time, Contingent/PRN _Every Other Weekend and 3 Holidays per year_ _required_ _for Full-time and Part-time team members._ Required Qualifications: Education + High school diploma or GED. What you will do: + Provides observation following theguidelines asdescribed during department specific orientation. Must ensure they are activelyparticipatingin adistraction freeenvironment. + Reports patient care incidents and changes in the patient's condition to the RN ina timelyfashion. + Provides patient care that reflects respect for patient's rights, dignity, values, culture preferences, andexpressedneeds and attention to providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety. + To ensuresafepatient care experience,incumbentmustremain withpatient until hand-off occurs.
