Description Robert Half is seeking a litigation attorney to support a firm on an on-going, part-time basis. This is a contract position offering an opportunity to contribute to a variety of litigation-related tasks, including legal research, writing briefs, and preparing discovery documents. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments. u2022 Draft well-structured legal briefs and memoranda for court proceedings. u2022 Prepare and respond to discovery requests in compliance with legal standards. u2022 Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to assigned cases. u2022 Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process. Requirements u2022 Active license to practice law in Georgia and membership in the GA Bar. u2022 Proven experience in litigation, including drafting briefs and discovery responses. u2022 Strong legal research and analytical skills. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. u2022 Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Proficiency in legal documentation and case management tools. u2022 High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
