Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant Job Location- Remote, USA _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, customization, and delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across the Dynamics 365 CE platform, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This role also involves technical leadership, project estimation, and pre-sales support through RFP/RFI responses. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 to $129,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans. In this role, you will u00b7 Lead the design, development, customization, and extension of Dynamics 365 CE solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development. u00b7 Perform fitment and gap analysis to map customer business requirements to Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibility options. u00b7 Develop and customize solutions using .NET, C#, plugins, workflows, custom actions, JavaScript, and Web APIs. u00b7 Act as a technical authority on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform, architecture, and best practices. u00b7 Design and implement data integration and data migration solutions, ensuring data quality and consistency. u00b7 Plan and execute Dynamics 365 deployments, environment management, and ALM processes. u00b7 Lead and support Dynamics 365 upgrade projects, including impact analysis and remediation strategies. u00b7 Identify and implement performance tuning and optimization techniques in Dynamics 365 implementations. u00b7 Provide technical leadership on projects, including mentoring teams and managing technical deliverables. u00b7 Support project estimation and preu2011sales activities, including contributing to RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals. What youu2019ll need to succeed (required skills) u00b7 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with a minimum of 5 Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations . u00b7 In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE platform , including its architecture and extensibility model. o Strong hands-on experience with: o Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration o .NET and C# development o Plugins, custom workflows, and Web APIs o Integration and data migration frameworks u00b7 Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 deployment and ALM processes . u00b7 Proven experience in performance tuning of Dynamics 365 implementations. u00b7 Solid understanding of upgrade strategies and implementation approaches . Preferred Skills u00b7 Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. u00b7 Experience with Azure services related to Dynamics integrations. u00b7 Prior involvement in pre-sales or solution architect roles.
