Program Manager u2013 Mobile & Digital Applications Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ Work Model: Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs focused on mobile and digital application development within the financial services domain. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive end-to-end delivery of iOS and Android initiatives, align stakeholders across business and technology teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. Key Responsibilities + Lead end-to-end program management for cross-functional mobile application development initiatives, coordinating across engineering, design, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality iOS and Android applications on time and within budget. + Define and maintain program roadmaps, release schedules, and milestone plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives while adapting to shifting priorities. + Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple concurrent development squads, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; proactively remove blockers to ensure continuous delivery. + Own program governance, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting. + Establish and monitor key program metrics such as velocity, defect rates, release cadence, and mobile app performance indicators to proactively identify risks and drive data-informed decisions. + Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams and senior stakeholders, providing clear and timely status updates, risk assessments, and escalation paths. + Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, UX, operations, compliance, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. + Champion mobile development best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, accessibility standards, and security protocols to drive engineering excellence and a consistent, high-quality user experience. + Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI to manage delivery, documentation, and executive-level reporting. Required Qualifications + 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a consulting or financial services environment. + Proven experience managing mobile or digital application programs, including customer-facing platforms. + Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Power BI. + Solid understanding of Agile delivery models and experience managing multiple concurrent development teams. + Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills. + Bacheloru2019s degree in business, Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications + Prior consulting experience working with large financial institutions. + Previous project experience in mobile application modernization + Experience delivering mobile-first or digital transformation initiatives. + Agile, SAFe, or PMP certification is a plus. Pay Transparency Statement (New York) In compliance with the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the annual base salary range for this position is USD 110,000 u2013 140,000. This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation consistent with company policy.
