Could it be you? About the role As a Consulting Manager, Payer Domain , you will make an impact by supporting healthcare payer clients through business and technology transformation initiatives. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and quality assurance partners to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable technology solutions. In this role, you will: + Partner with healthcare payer stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements for IT and QA teams + Support endu2011tou2011end delivery within Agile project environments , contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative solution delivery + Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation using JIRA + Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure requirements clarity, quality outcomes, and onu2011time delivery + Communicate effectively with crossu2011functional and geographically distributed teams to support project execution and stakeholder alignment Work model We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you must have to be considered + 8u201310 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong focus on the Healthcare Payer domain + Proven experience translating complex business requirements into detailed requirements for IT and QA teams + Handsu2011on experience using JIRA for requirements management and Agile delivery + Demonstrated experience working in Agile project environments + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and nonu2011technical stakeholders These will help you succeed + Experience supporting healthcare payer platforms, systems, or business processes + Ability to work effectively across distributed teams and multiple stakeholders + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail + Consulting or clientu2011facing experience within healthcare or insurance environments Compensation The annual base salary for this position is $81,450 u2013 $129,500 , depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
