Job Posting Title IT Systems Analyst (Data Analyst) - Clinical Vendor Solutions - Remote Job Description The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting Primeu2019s MTM (Medication Therapy Management) program by serving as a key liaison between Information Technology and the business. This role utilizes Primeu2019s delivery methodologies to investigate, identify, document, and translate business application requirements into effective technical solutions. The analyst supports both enhancements to existing applications and the development of new solutions, with a strong focus on system and data integrations across internal platforms, external vendors, and client environments. Responsibilities + Define, document, and maintain business, system, and data integration requirements, including STTs, DTPs, and user/reference documentation. + Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in partnership with IT and operational stakeholders. + Create and manage Jira user stories, epics, and backlogs, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and delivery alignment. + Coordinate crossu2011functional teams to drive timely execution of project deliverables. + Perform SQL-based data profiling, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of existing datasets. + Conduct data quality checks, identify errors, and generate aggregated and ad hoc reports to support business and technical teams. + Develop and execute test strategies, test scenarios, and test data management (TDM) activities across environments. + Support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements. + Coordinate and manage SFTP file transfers with internal systems and external partners. + Ensure secure, accurate, and timely data exchanges across platforms and integrations. + Support initiatives across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning through deployment and postu2011production support. + Coordinate IT Service Management (ITSM) activities, including Change Requests (CHGs), Incident Management (INCs), and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning. + Maintain strong organization and prioritization across multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment. + Collaborate effectively across diverse platforms, technologies, and crossu2011functional teams. + Communicate proactively with IT, business, and operational partners to ensure transparency, alignment, and engagement. u200b Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + 2 years of experience supporting key business applications + Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications + Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively and to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership + Strong documentation skills Preferred Qualifications + GitHub u2013 CICD pipeline management for approving & merging code for deployment workflows + GCP-BQ u2013 cloud data platform (or equivalent) + Pharmacy Claims/PBM experience ( claims & member data u2013 operations & claims adjudication) + Experience with managing multiple vendors & client data integrations + Ability to solve complex problems + Ability to promote & enable process improvements, including automation & productivity tools to streamline tasks + Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) + Previous experience in PBM / health care industry + Understanding of security implications of domain Every employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures Every employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions, absent undue hardship.
