Job Description The Ascent division of U.S. Banku2019s Wealth Management Group exclusively services a select number of UHNW clients with net worthu2019s greater than $75MM+. This tech forward Investment Associate (IA) should have a background in wealth management or investment services, be meticulous, and possess an intrinsic desire to succeed and grow within a high performing team. This candidate should be intelligent, confident, competitive, ambitious, and curious. The IA works collaboratively with the broader investment team to implement, monitor and maintain investment discipline and compliance for an open architecture, multi-asset class, fast growing investment business. At the direction and under the supervision of the senior investment professionals, key job functions will include documentation of investment policy statements, investment research and due diligence as appropriate, ongoing performance monitoring and reporting, compliance management, and one-off projects as needed. This position is not responsible for direct client relationship management. Essential Functions: u00b7 Utilize AI and automation tools to support efficient execution of repetitive processes for the investment team. u00b7 Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications, and maintain strong overall technology competency. u00b7 Apply strong attention to detail and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. u00b7 Provide investment support activities, including account opening, investment performance reporting and documentation, compliance support, completion of subscription agreements for private investments, and other operational activities that support a high-quality client experience. u00b7 Prepare and deliver client materials and reports in a timely manner, as requested by the investment team. Experience and Requirements: u00b7 1u20133+ years of experience in an investment-related role supporting UHNW clients, foundations, or endowments; family office experience preferred. u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. u00b7 Working knowledge of core asset classes, including equities, fixed income, private capital, and real assets. u00b7 Demonstrated interest in expanding investment knowledge and contributing to team and business objectives. u00b7 Demonstrate a collaborative, proactive approach and a willingness to support the team across priorities as needed.
