Animal Technician

Job Title: Animal Technician Location: Boston, Massachusetts Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $21 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 7:00 to 3:30pm Requirements + Minimum of High School Diploma + Experience with care of animals (mice and rats) + Minimal animal handling experience + Willing to consider recent graduates interested in working with animals and in a lab setting Responsibilities + Perform animal husbandry tasks, including providing food and water to animals + Evaluate animal health and assess animals for behavioral problems + Support research activities by providing research support services + Maintain facility sanitation and perform routine maintenance + Assist with scheduled weekend support once trained + Participate in facility tours for candidates deemed suitable after review of resumes System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulu00e9, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
