Description We are looking for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a dynamic team in-house in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity where you will play a crucial role in supporting litigation efforts, managing case documentation, and collaborating with both internal and external legal teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct thorough discovery processes, including document review and evidence organization. u2022 Assist with civil litigation tasks such as drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence. u2022 Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and ensuring readiness of case files. u2022 Partner closely with in-house counsel and external legal teams across the country to ensure seamless coordination. u2022 Review and audit contracts for accuracy and compliance with legal standards. u2022 Handle debt claims and credit collection matters with meticulous attention to detail. u2022 Utilize case management software to organize and track legal processes efficiently. u2022 Maintain a detail-oriented and collaborative work environment while handling multiple priorities. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in discovery and civil litigation processes. u2022 Proficiency in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating case details. u2022 Familiarity with case management software and legal document organization. u2022 Strong skills in reviewing and auditing contracts for compliance and accuracy.
