The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing leads allClient Sourcing Operations for Data Center and Tech clients and isresponsible for leading the Sourcing and Procurement (S&P) platformwithin assigned Vertical(s). Lead, manage and direct the strategicsourcing plans within assigned Vertical(s) by collaborating closely withDivisional Presidents, Managing Directors, Accounts and Clients to setoverall priorities and account goals. Closely collaborate withAmericas Sourcing Pursuits & Transitions, Category Management, andrelevant business stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new clients. Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team. This includes accountabilityfor effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a teamof world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals. Drivecommunication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL inaddition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, andwin new business.
