How you'll create opportunities inthis Manager/Director - Transfer Pricing role: Review and advise onplanning, documentation and controversy issues associated with all typesof intercompany transactions Help companies accurately reflect andmonitor transfer pricing in their financial systems Assist with transferpricing projects for global supply chain Provide a fully integratedapproach to transfer pricing by preparing documents and assisting indefending transfer pricing in audits Model financial outcomes, valuingintangible assets and developing practical planning approaches Trainassociate/senior associates on the team Maintain technical expertise bystaying current with changes in industry and legislation Participate inlocal office and firm wide business development opportunities What youwill need: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Accounting,Finance or related field is preferred.
