The Business Outcome Readiness Partner is accountable towork with matrixed and cross functional teams of teams to achievestrategic business outcomes. This position plays a vital role in theplanning, prioritization and execution of activities required toefficiently and effectively run the business and achieve our strategicobjectives. Key accountabilities include representing the voice of thecustomer by providing domain knowledge and expertise to drive businessoutcomes, including the coordination of people, process and technologyimprovements. This role will act as a key change agent for the businessand is accountable for business decisions related to the planning,delivery and operational aspects needed for the realization of businessstrategy. This role also provides domain knowledge and expertise toTechnical Product Team(s) to drive business outcomes. Understands andcommunicates impacts to all changes, and ensures stakeholders areinformed, aligned and ready to meet objectives. Responsible for ensuringachievement of business outcomes. Participates in strategic roadmapplanning Collaborate with other Business Owners and Product Managementto negotiate dependencies and timelines for multiple competingorganizational priorities. Partners and represents business leaders toensure systems and processes are running smoothly for achievement ofsales and customer retention goals. Accountable for coordinating updatesto training materials, standard operating procedures, policies andprocedures and business processes. Ensures solutions are in compliancewith Medica policies, government regulatory & legislative requirements.Collaborates with stakeholders to gather, assess and prioritize businessneeds Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalentexperience in related field, plus 8 years of work experience beyonddegree; specifically within sales, sales operations, systemsadministration Multi-product/market experience required (Government,Exchange, Commercial) Desired Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma Green Beltpreferred Experience working with technological development teamsutilizing Agile methods; SAFe experience...
