JOB REQUIREMENTS: Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Scrum Masterfor a 6+ month contract position with our Healthcare/PBM client inMadison WI. 100% remote Pay range: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour Summary:The Senior Scrum Master is an enthusiastic, driven contributor who isresponsible for leading an Agile team that plan, commit, develop, anddeploy together. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who helps the teamachieve their goals and objectives by removing impediments, facilitatingteam meetings and events, and fostering an environment for highperformance. The Scrum Master coaches and mentors the team on bestpractices and drives relentless improvement. Responsibilities: Guide theteam to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength andopportunity, support with useful team performance metrics Facilitate andparticipate in team events Work closely with Product Owners and team todeliver value and achieve customer satisfaction Participate in ScrumMaster Community of Practice and help the Scrum Master community achievea higher level of maturity Mentor junior Scrum Masters in thefundamentals of Scrum/Agile methodology and mindset Participate in Trainlevel events Coach team members in agile best practices Manage teamrisk, facilitate alignment, provide transparency Remove impediments andblockers Resolve conflicts and issue that occur Be part of a team withdiverse background Enable an environment of empowerment, skills, andpassions Lead, develop and mentor a team of individuals Help teamsimplement changes effectively Participate in, adhere to and supportcompliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectivesRequirements: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business,Information Systems, or other relevant technical field of study ScrumMaster or Product Owner Certification or equivalent work experience 7+years as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Product Owner experience 3+years working on large scale corporate initiatives that span multipleproduct teams Understanding of agile at scale philosophies ormethodologies Experience with ALM tools such as Jira, VersionOne, Rally,Azure DevOps Experience in a scaling agile environment and AgileTransformation Experience leveraging and interpreting agile metricsExperience synthesizing data from multiple sources and using thatinformation to develop insights on train's status Demonstrated abilityto facilitate large planning events Desired skills: Release TrainEngineer and SPC Certification Experience working in Healthcare or PBMExperience coming from a technical background before moving into a ScrumMaster role Previous project management experience Only candidatesavailable and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will beconsidered for this position.
