The Positionu00a0 We are looking for au00a0Manager, Marketing,u00a0to lead all downstream marketing activities at Intellijoint. This is a high-ownership role for au00a0MedTechu00a0marketer who is equally passionate about brand quality and pipeline generation u2013 someone who can build campaigns that convert, craft messaging that resonates, and ensure Intellijoint looks and sounds like the premium brand it is.u00a0u00a0 You will be the primary marketing lead for the US commercial team, owning demand generation, brand positioning, product collateral, and digital presence, while also supporting global markets and our OEM business unit (IJX).u00a0 As au00a0snapshot,u00a0we are looking for someone who:u00a0 + Has strongu00a0MedTechu00a0marketing experience and can hit the ground runningu00a0u2013u00a0 thisu00a0role leads from day oneu00a0 + Knows how to build and run multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for a field sales teamu00a0 + Cares deeply about brand qualityu00a0u2013u00a0the look, the feel, the voiceu00a0u2013u00a0and holds the bar high on every touchpointu00a0 + Understands digital marketing in theu00a0MedTechu00a0context and can strategically elevateu00a0Intellijoint'su00a0digital presenceu00a0 Main Duties:u00a0 Demand Generation & Campaign Executionu00a0 + Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, content, paid) that generate measurable leads for US sales reps. + Develop and ownu00a0marketing automation and CRM-integrated workflows to capture, nurture, and track leads through the funnel.u00a0 + Develop and manage KPI dashboards to report campaign performance to leadership and continuouslyu00a0optimizeu00a0programs.u00a0 + Support sales reps with targeted account-based marketing and campaignsu00a0aligned to key territories.u00a0 + Identifyu00a0industry and partnership opportunities to build brand credibility and awareness in new territories.u00a0 + Manageu00a0Intellijoint'su00a0surgeon advocacy andu00a0referenceu00a0program,u00a0working with existing customers tou00a0create marketing content and campaigns that supportu00a0sales objectives.u00a0u00a0 Brand Positioning & Messagingu00a0 + Ownu00a0Intellijoint'su00a0brand positioning and messaging framework,u00a0ensuring every touchpoint is consistentu00a0and compelling.u00a0 + Serve as brand steward: set and enforce standards for visual identity, tone of voice, and design quality across all channels.u00a0 + Translate clinical,u00a0technical, and economicu00a0product value into clearu00a0messaging, content, and tools for the sales team to speak confidently withu00a0surgeons, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders.u00a0 + Develop andu00a0maintainu00a0a library of high-quality product collateral,u00a0digital assets, sales tools, case studies, and white papers.u00a0 Digital Presenceu00a0& Content Strategyu00a0 + Leadu00a0theu00a0digital marketing strategy, including the website, SEO, LinkedIn,u00a0Instagram, TikTok,u00a0and other relevant channels, ensuring a consistent, coordinated, and engaging digital presence across both brands.u00a0 + Implement a content strategy that delivers a consistent brand narrative across all challenges, with messaging tailored to the audience and funnel stages, and create distinct contentu00a0for the Intellijoint and IJX corporate and founder accounts.u00a0u00a0 + Oversee the ongoing quality and performance of the website,u00a0ensuring content is current, on-brand, andu00a0optimizedu00a0for conversion.u00a0 + Manage social media presence with a focus on professional brand-building and HCP/surgeon engagement.u00a0 + Manage paid digital advertising programs, working with external agencies or vendors as needed.u00a0 Commercial & Cross-Functional Supportu00a0 + Work closely with US sales reps to understand field needs and ensure marketing programs are grounded in commercial reality.u00a0 + Collaborate with the product team on go-to-market planning and product launch support.u00a0u00a0 + Support globalu00a0salesu00a0teams and the IJX OEM business unit with marketing assets and campaigns as priorities allow. + Contribute to annualu00a0businessu00a0planning and manage the downstream marketing budget.u00a0 Skills and Experience tou00a0Enable Success:u00a0u00a0 + 5-10+u00a0years of marketing experience inu00a0MedTechu00a0or medical devices:u00a0you understand the regulatory landscape, clinical stakeholders, and theu00a0VACu00a0sales cycleu00a0 + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
