Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Expertly evaluate patient conditions to prioritize care and implement life-saving interventions in a high-acuity environment. + Precisely carry out physician orders and monitor patient stability, adapting care plans instantly as conditions evolve. + Act as the primary coordinator for the multidisciplinary trauma and emergency teams to ensure seamless, well-timed care. + Provide clear, empathetic education and support to patients and families navigating the stress of an emergency visit. + Coordinate urgent diagnostic testing and facilitate efficient admissions or discharge planning to maintain optimal department flow. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition
