Senior AEM Developer (Remote)

_Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ As a Senior AEM Developer you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all AEM domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client. We are seeking a Lead Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AEM ASSET Configuration AEM Assets and Java. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus. The role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and enhance user experience. Based on this roleu2019s business requirements, this is an onsite position, it will require you to be onsite as well as on call on the weekends. Location: Dallas, Tx, Remote Role & Responsibilities: u00b7 Lead the design and implementation of AEM ASSET Configuration to optimize digital asset management. u00b7 Oversee the development and integration of AEM Assets to ensure seamless content delivery u00b7 Provide technical expertise in Java to develop robust and scalable applications u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development u00b7 Ensure the software solutions meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system performance u00b7 Implement best practices in software development to enhance efficiency and productivity. u00b7 Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. u00b7 Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. u00b7 Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. u00b7 Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. u00b7 Mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and growth within the team. u00b7 Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities. Required Skills: + 6+ years of relevant work experience + Possess strong experience in AEM ASSET Configuration and AEM Assets. + Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for developing high-quality applications + Have a good understanding of the Cards & Payments domain which is advantageous + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. + Display strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams + Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. Applications will be accepted until 04/30/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 u2013 $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
