Robotics Engineer

DUTIES: Maintain a deep understanding of the backend software code and development system to design and develop advanced tooling that enhances field operations efficiency. Design and generate automated workflows for robots to move freely within data centers, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Participate in reliability and usability testing to identify potential risks and areas for improvement, ensuring the overall reliability and efficiency of field operations. Maintain and improve the alerting pipeline for the robot fleet, ensuring timely notifications and efficient issue resolution. Identify and resolve field-deployed units' performance and scalability issues to enhance overall system efficiency. Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure all operations plan are well communicated and executed with high efficiency. Oversee field units' operations, managing field issues, risks, and schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Summarize the field units' operation statistics, analyze performance, and raise operation improvement proposals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Travel may be required.REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (Robotics), or related field. Experience with Python and C++.
