Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW This Registered Nurse will support a newly opening specialized residential group home located on the campus of a regional psychiatric hospital. The RN will play a critical role in supporting a small residential population with severe mental health diagnoses. Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:30amu20135:00pm No weekends No shifts DAYu2011TOu2011DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide nursing care to approximately 11 residents in a specialized behavioral health group home Work onsite alongside a dedicated team including a psychiatrist, case manager, house supervisor, and residential aides Support medication management and clinical oversight for residents with severe mental illness Serve as a consistent clinical presence in a smaller, more controlled residential environment Collaborate closely with the assigned psychiatrist and residential staff to ensure continuity of care Operate with a high level of autonomy due to the facilityu2019s satellite location We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
