Job Title: Bench Scientist III Location: Cambridge, MA Type: Contract Compensation: $47.89 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 Overview Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Bench Scientist III. Ideal candidates should have a BA/BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in biochemistry, biophysics, or related discipline Responsibilities + Perform physicochemical, thermal, and colloidal stability assessments of biotherapeutic candidates using established assays + Analyze and interpret experimental data to support the selection of lead biotherapeutic molecules + Contribute to process improvement activities to increase efficiency and throughput within the group + Document experimental procedures, results, and analyses accurately in electronic notebooks Requirements + BA/BS with 5+ years or MS with 3+ years of relevant experience in biochemistry, biophysics, or related discipline (no PhDs) + Good understanding of protein biochemistry and stability + Familiarity with protein characterization methods and analytical biochemistry techniques such as aSEC, DSC, CGE, cIEF, and DLS + Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently + Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills + Prior experience in therapeutic protein discovery and biochemistry research (preferred) + Knowledgeable with automation (preferred) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulu00e9 and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
