Responsibilities + Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately. + Ensure all work meets Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance standards. + Verify parts for each repair and document all work and test results. + Maintain clean and organized workspaces daily. + Road test vehicles to confirm successful repairs. + Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques. + Collaborate constructively with other team members. + Promote safety and report any risks or concerns to management. Qualifications + Experience in automotive body/collision repair (preferred). + Familiarity with body shop tools and equipment. + Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles. + Strong attention to detail and urgency. + Great communication skillsu2014written and verbal. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
