The Assistant Used Equipment Manager supports the procurement, management, and resale of used equipment to maximize asset value and drive market growth. This role blends strategic sales execution with operational oversight, including inventory management, reconditioning coordination, and market analysis. Key Responsibilities: Execute strategies to market, price, and sell used equipment while identifying growth opportunities and maintaining market competitivenessAnalyze market trends and performance metrics (margins, turnover, aging inventory) to guide inventory and pricing decisionsManage used equipment inventory, including tracking location, condition, valuation, and coordinating reconditioning with service teamsSupport sales efforts through appraisals, trade valuations, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaborationEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining strong relationshipsMaintain accurate records, ensure operational efficiency, and follow all safety standards Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in used or heavy equipment, or a related industryStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with inventory management, pricing, and sales supportProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Leadership Scope: 2-7 direct reports TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
