Job Purpose:Execute plans and smaller transactions to maximize the value of CRE portfolio’s, Provide input to portfolio planningTypically, responsible for a defined portfolio areaYour Tasks:Provide support & input into development of portfolio plans & execution smaller transactions to maximize value of CRE portfolioDevelop real estate scenarios via financial analysis & assess real estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunitiesAdvanced understanding of local real estate marketsNegotiate best outcome for selected transactions and present opportunities to business colleagues in standardized format to allow for comparisonDocument and record standard process and ensure all internal transaction reporting is complete, all fully aligned with BULiaise with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams, CRE & some GBS colleagues on smaller transactions to ensure solution aligns with business requirementsYour Profile:At least 2 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualificationProficiency in Microsoft Suites Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint) as well as internet software and AI functionWe Offer:Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the worldInternational and virtual environmentFlexibility and great opportunity to learnTempting Compensation and benefitsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
