Uses critical thinking and sound judgment to balance reimbursement considerations with regulatory compliance.Acts as a liaison between CDI leadership, revenue cycle staff, and interdisciplinary team members.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication [Required]• Strong leadership skills [Required]• Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills [Required]• Understand CDI outcomes and operational metrics.
