Job Description: About the Role: We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily production and warehouse operations at our Moorestown, NJ, tea manufacturing plant. This is a hands-on lead role that plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory management, timely shipments, and smooth coordination between production, warehousing, and transportation. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to: Enter raw material and finished goods receipts from suppliers and internal/external warehouses into the WMS and ERP systemsManage deployment and replenishment of finished goods to internal and external warehousesPartner closely with the Production team to determine finished goods availability datesInvestigate, address, and resolve WMS inventory discrepanciesManage inbound and outbound dock appointment schedulingAssign warehouse team members to pull orders for shipmentOrganize, print, and file required documentation (orders, pick tickets, BOLs, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillmentAssign carriers to shipments and coordinate pickup appointmentsCoordinate raw material transfers and shipments with the Blending DepartmentProcess and manage UPS and FedEx small-package shipping labelsCoordinate cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse supplies as neededSupport the Warehouse Lead and/or Warehouse Manager with daily operational activitiesPerform miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned Important Details: The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $30.29 to $34.62 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary that we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. For certain roles, the successful candidate may be eligible for annual discretionary merit compensation award, bonus and equity pay.This is a full-time role on first shift. You'll fit right in if you have: One to three years of experience in logistics, supply chain or related fields, preferably within the food industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP's.Knowledge of material handling equipment such as forklifts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and suppliers.
