The 18,000-square-foot facility features state-of-the-art emergency healthcare serving the residents of East Orange County open 24-7.The 24-bed ED includes an urgent care track to diagnose and treat non-emergent cases more efficiently, an observation unit to closely monitor care for up to 24 hours, and offers emergent care supported by ground transportation if specialty care is needed.We are proud to be revolutionizing healthcare with visionary leadership and world-class resources.Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per weekShift: Evenings, 1:00 pm - 1:00 am (with weekend rotation)Primary Job Responsibilities:Monitor performance of nursing staff, provide feedback, conduct appraisals, and implement improvement plans to ensure clinical and professional standards are met.Foster professional growth by identifying training needs, organizing educational programs, and mentoring staff to enhance their skills and career progression.Resolve conflicts among staff promptly and effectively using mediation techniques to maintain a positive work environment and ensure team cohesion.Lead quality improvement initiatives by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance patient care and operational municate clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.What You'll Need to Succeed:Associate of Science degree in NursingCurrent State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered NurseCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationCurrent Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certificationCurrent Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificationPhysical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements -Range:$33.99 - $63.22This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
