We’re seeking a talented Multi‑Modality IR and Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to work an evening schedule with excellent premium pay, added shift differentials, and minimal on‑call requirements.Why you’ll love this role:Three‑day work week: Friday-SundayOutstanding premium pay + shift differentialMinimal on‑call—enjoy more work‑life balanceSupport a highly skilled after‑hours IR and Cath Lab teamBe part of a collaborative, high‑performing departmentWhat you’ll do (non‑patient‑facing duties):When not working directly with patients, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by:Scheduling patients for CT/MR/US patientsReviewing supply outdates to ensure safety and readinessStocking rooms with both general supplies and room‑specific materialsPreparing supplies for next‑day proceduresPosition Purpose:The RN Specialist within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional,socialand spiritual needs.The RN Specialist oversees and coordinates nursing care for the patients in the DepartmentOfRadiology.Responsibilities include assessing andidentifyingpatient needs, implementingappropriate intervention, and evaluating and documenting outcomes.Acts as a liaison between Patient Care Services and the Department of Radiology Services.Assistsphysicians / technologists asrequiredduring diagnostic / therapeutic procedures. What you will do:Provides nursing care, ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and qualityinitiativesandexhibitsprofessionalism in nursing practice within the model of the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program?.Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group of patients,utilizingevidence-based practice. Collaborates withpatientand family to develop and implement a plan of care that includes physical, spiritual, and educational components.Accurately communicates toappropriate teammembersin a timely manner,Keepspatient/family appraised/updated.Documents accurately and completelypertinentassessments,interventionsand outcomes for patientsin accordance withdocumentation standards, policies, procedures and or guidelines.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Graduate from school of nursingLicensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio,required.Experience: A minimum of twoyearsmedical / surgical experience.
