This role provides hands-on leadership for the on-site execution of commercial construction projects across multiple U.S. markets. If you are a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented construction professional with the flexibility to travel and a passion for quality builds, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial construction job sitesLead and coordinate subcontractors to maintain a productive and efficient work flowEnsure full understanding and execution of project drawings and scopeCreate and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules using Microsoft ProjectUphold quality assurance and manage punch lists to final completionImplement and monitor site-specific safety programsConduct weekly safety meetings and ensure OSHA complianceSelf-perform light construction work when efficient and appropriateMaintain strong communication with project managers and clients throughout the project lifecycleRequirements:Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience as a superintendent in commercial constructionThree verifiable client referencesProficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong organizational and written/verbal communication skillsAbility to manage schedules, subcontractors, quality standards, and safety protocolsWillingness and availability to travel to various project locations
