Caring Angels Home Care - Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to conduct Telehealth Visits from 2:00pm to 9:00pm for our Brooklyn office. This position will transition to hybrid after quality performance during training in office. As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will play an integral role in the day to day activities of our center. This position offers competitive Benefit Package.Job description:The LPN responsibilities include conducting 2:00pm to 9:00pm Telehealth patient visits and monitoring their conditions, conducting assesments, etc.You should be able to address all the caregivers’ concerns and make appropriate adjustments to the patients’ in-home management plan.Monitor medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, etc.Listening to the concerns of family members and answering their questions.Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.Providing suggestions for improved healthcare to physicians and family members of the patient.Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offLicense/Certification:LPN (Required)Work Location: In person
