Caregiver Opportunities - Shelby Township Area | Consistent Schedule CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver for a part-time client in the Shelby Township area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, daytime hours with a supportive client environment. Schedule Mondays: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Fridays: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM Steady, part-time hours (2 days per week) Client Overview Requires medication reminders and meal preparation Needs mobility assistance (walker and wheelchair for safety) Light housekeeping support Client is independent with dressing Family (husband and son) are in and out of the home Must be comfortable around dogs (2 in the home) Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide mobility support and ensure client safety Offer medication reminders Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Support client independence while being attentive to needs Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication skills Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with mobility Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration Reliable transportation and mobile phone Dependable, punctual, and professional Must pass a background check TB test required (can be completed after interview) Must be comfortable working in a home with dogs Pay & Benefits $14-$17 per hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases) $150 referral bonus (no limit) Next-day pay option available Flexible scheduling opportunities beyond this case Mileage reimbursement for client-related driving Supplemental benefits: dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Verizon Wireless discounts Free training and certification opportunities Free FinFit financial wellness membership Why Join CareOne Senior Care?
