Assistant Swim Coach (Seasonal)

Position SummaryAs an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to write and head Swim Team Group Workouts. You will help the Head Swim Team Coach register new participants for the Team and maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesOffers competitive swimmers the opportunity to master techniqueRuns daily practices under the direction of the head coachPromotes all Life Time products, services and programsPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED1 year of swim coaching experienceMember of ASCAMember of USA SwimmingCPR/AED certification requiredLifeguard Certification within 60 days of hireMust complete all job specific requirements with Life Time Education.Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of timeAbility to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and servicesAbility to swim 25 yards/meters without stoppingAbility to routinely bend to raise 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to raise more than 20lbs ​​ Preferred RequirementsASCA Level 1 Certification or higherLife Time is a place for everyone.
