Building Services Engineer

Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Roving Building Services Engineer in Plymouth, MN. Individuals will start their workday in Plymouth, MN (55447) and travel to job sites with a company vehicle. This role is Monday - Friday 730am start time. This role is contract to hire 90-120 days before conversion.Salary Requirements: $25-$28/hour DOQ with mileage reimbursement - a company vehicle will be provided after training/probationary period.Duties and Responsibilities:Performing quality checks on HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systemsChecking and responding to security and safety issuesTesting and recommending new maintenance productsCoordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliersKeeping documents of inspections and problemsDoing landscaping, pool maintenance and pest controlKeeping an inventory of cleaning and repairing suppliesQualifications and Experience:2 years’ experience in maintenance - commercial experience is required.HVAC experience is required.Be able to pass a background check.Have a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance - as this role will be roving between properties.Tesoro Group is a leading provider of specialized talent solutions dedicated to connecting exceptional individuals with exciting career opportunities across various industries.
