LEBANON NORTH NURSING & REHAB - LEBANON NORTH NURSING & REHAB, located in Lebanon, Missouri is currently seeking a driver to join our team.Driver Duties and Responsibilities:The safe and efficient operation of assigned motor vehicleExtensive contact with patients/ residents of a nursing home facilityAssisting ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals enter and leave the vehicleEnsuring that passengers are safely seated inside the motor vehicleSecuring residents’ mobility devices such as walkers and wheelchairsPerforming preventive maintenance functions such as checking lights, maintaining fluid levels, checking tire pressure, etc. and notifying supervisory personnel of need for further service or repairDriver Qualifications and Skills: CLASS E DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIREDBasic knowledge of methods and techniques used to load, secure, and unload passengers from a motor vehicleSkill in the operation and basic maintenance of assigned motor vehicleAbility to find geographic locationsAbility to follow oral/ written instructions and keep a record of activitiesAbility to lift, maneuver, and support materials of up to 75 poundsAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with residents and staffPossession of a valid driver’s licenseSix to 12 months of work experience operating, loading, and unloading a motor vehicleAny equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience which has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities stated aboveExperience working with individuals with disabilities or experience working in long term care a plusDriver BenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong-Term and Short-Term DisabilityVacation and Paid Sick Time401KTuition Reimbursement
