You'll find your choice of career opportunities, great benefits, an environment that welcomes and values creativity, and a work experience that is both challenging and rewarding!The Withdrawal Calculation Processor is responsible for completing return to title IV and Institutional calculations for students who meet the criteria of withdrawing from a program.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Determine student’s eligibility for federal loans and Pell upon withdrawal based on DOE complianceCommunicate timely with students eligible for post withdrawal disbursementsAccurately determine institutional charges based on Full Sail’s refund policyCommunicate balances or credits to student in timely mannerStays current on federal updates and policiesCommunicates effectively with other departmentsOther Responsibilities:Adheres to policies and procedures of Full Sail UniversityMaintains strict confidentiality of Company and personnel informationDemonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organizationAdheres to Company attendance standardsPerforms other duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities: NoCompetencies:Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skillsCreative and innovative writing ability, including proofreading and editing for grammar and punctuationExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDetail orientedAbility to multi-task and work independentlyAbility to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environmentEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline preferred.Previous experience in Student Accounting or Financial Aid.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: n/aComputer/Equipment Skills:Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook with high proficiency using ExcelPrior experience using Campus Vue Management softwareEnvironmental Factors/Physical Demands:Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, theemployee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employeecommunication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enteralphanumeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone.
