We are building more thangreat placesto live -we’recreating vibrant communities and meaningful pensation: $18-$22/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn commission and renewal bonuses!The OpportunityAs a Multi-SiteLeasingConsultant, you will be the face of multiple properties (two or more), providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.You’llhave the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape welcoming, thriving communities.WhatYou’llOwnLeasing & SalesShow, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the properties.Assistin completingmarket surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.Resident Experience & ServiceProvide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.Operational & AdministrativePerformanceMaintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith property turnover procedures.Handle resident collectionsin accordance withTrinity’s standards.What You BringCustomer Focus:Passion for providing a high-quality, personalized experience for residents.SalesDrive:Consistently achieve leasingobjectiveswhile upholding the highest standards of anization & Efficiency:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize wisely, munication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and the team.Problem Solving:Able to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.QualificationsExperience:At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.Education:High school diploma or equivalentrequired;additionaleducation or certificationsarea plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).Tech Proficiency:Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata,EliseAI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.RequirementsAvailability & TravelThis positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Active participation in team functions and regionalorcompany activities is expected.Physical DemandsThis positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may berequired. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay requirelifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds withassistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.We Take Care of YouMedical, Dental & Vision:Highlights include company-paid individual PPO-HSA plan (with $1,200 annual employer contribution); HMO options for California residents.
