Exceptional opportunity for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a dynamic hospital setting in Canton, TX. This contract position offers the chance to work 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts, providing focused care in a 10-room ICU with a patient ratio of 1:2.Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, adhering to established protocols and standards.Utilize Epic electronic health records for accurate and timely charting.Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.Respond promptly to patient needs during the night shift hours from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM.Maintain compliance with all regulatory guidelines and hospital policies.Qualifications:Current RN license with at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.Proficiency with Epic charting system is required.Certifications: ACLS and BLS mandatory; NIHSS and TNCC preferred.Prior travel nursing experience is required.Ability to care for a 1:2 patient ratio in a 10-room ICU environment.Location Insight:Canton, TX offers a blend of small-town charm with access to quality healthcare facilities.
