A specialized opportunity is available for a professional skilled in mammography imaging within a well-equipped medical setting in Chino Valley, AZ. This contract position offers a chance to contribute expertise in breast imaging without the demands of weekend, holiday, or on-call shifts, promoting a balanced work schedule.Key Responsibilities:Perform mammography and breast ultrasound procedures with precision across 6 dedicated scan rooms.Manage a daily workload of approximately 25 mammography exams and 16 ultrasound scans.Utilize EMR (CERNER) and PACS (CHC) systems efficiently for documentation and image management.Operate Hologic mammography and ultrasound equipment with proficiency.Collaborate with in-house radiologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient care.Participate in a one-week orientation to familiarize with protocols and systems.Qualifications and Experience:Must hold an Arizona mammography and radiology license OR ARDMS Breast Ultrasound certification.If mammography licensed, ARRT Breast certification is preferred.Proven breast imaging experience, specifically in mammography and breast ultrasound.Ability to work in a fixed location with no floating across departments.Experience with IVs is a plus but not required.Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.About the Location:Chino Valley, Arizona, offers a serene and welcoming environment with the benefits of a small-town atmosphere and access to natural beauty.
