The Mission Behind This Position You will be the calm voice on the other end of the phone when families are in crisis. You will: Respond to inquiries from families seeking guidance and support Conduct intake calls with empathy, clarity, and confidence Coordinate caregiver schedules with precision and urgency Ensure seamless communication between families and care teams Maintain documentation and follow-through with excellence Support long-distance family caregivers navigating complex situations Uphold concierge-level responsiveness and professionalism You will help turn stress into structure.Confusion into clarity.Overwhelm into a plan.
