This opportunity is for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Current Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility to support K-12 students during the 2025-26 school year. The position is a contract role based in an elementary school located approximately 30 minutes northeast of Columbia, SC, serving the Elgin area.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a K-12 educational settingConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy interventionsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulationsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) developmentQualifications:Valid Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Current Fellowship Year (CFY)Experience working with pediatric populations in school-based settingsStrong knowledge of speech and language development and disordersAbility to effectively engage and communicate with children, families, and school staffCommitment to professional ethics and ongoing developmentJob Details:Duration: Contract for the 2025-26 school yearWorkweek: 37.5 hoursLocation: Elementary school near Elgin, approximately 30 minutes from Columbia, SCThis position offers the opportunity to make a measurable difference in student communication skills while working in a vibrant educational community.
