Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active New Hampshire state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred.Demonstrated ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records preferred.
