The responsibilities of this role include and not limited to:Monitoring and reporting on End User Services KPIs empowering management team to make informed business decisions for best business outcomes.Providing IT Support and managed service provider oversight for End User ServicesInterfacing effectively with EB user community, management, and contracted IT service providersEnsure compliance with organizational policies and proceduresServing as the key POC for End User Services at Quonset PointOversee IT TechStop operations at Quonset PointThis position is located at our North Kingstown, RI facility.
