This role blends strategy, revenue leadership, and team development, with a focus on expanding partnerships across new industries and deepening existing relationships.You will operate as a senior leader within the Resource Development function, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, marketing, and cross-functional teams to unlock growth and drive enterprise-wide impact.This is a role for a builder and a leader, someone who can translate strategy into action, open doors, and inspire both teams and partners around a shared mission.What You’ll DoLead and Develop a High-Performing TeamLead, coach, and develop a team of Corporate Partnership leaders across regionsSet clear expectations and drive accountability for revenue and partnership outcomesFoster a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned to BGCA valuesDrive Revenue Strategy and GrowthOwn and deliver on a $40M+ corporate partnerships portfolioDevelop and execute strategies to secure new partnerships across emerging industry verticalsExpand and diversify the donor base through proactive prospecting and relationship developmentForecast revenue with accuracy and integrityBuild and Steward Strategic PartnershipsServe as a senior relationship lead for key national corporate partnersIdentify partner priorities and align BGCA opportunities to deliver mutual valueLead complex, multi-year partnership negotiations and renewalsEnsure strong stewardship through consistent engagement, reporting, and impact storytellingCollaborate Across the EnterprisePartner with Marketing, Cause Partnerships, and Resource Development leaders to drive integrated growth strategiesEngage with executive leadership and board networks to unlock new opportunitiesContribute to enterprise strategic planning and cross-functional initiativesElevate Operational ExcellenceMonitor performance across the portfolio and implement improvementsEnsure consistent use of tools, reporting, and partnership management practicesLead special projects and contribute to best practices across the functionMeasures of SuccessIn this role, success is defined by both outcomes and impact:Achieving and exceeding annual revenue targets across a $40M+ portfolioExpanding the pipeline with new corporate partners across diverse industriesStrengthening retention, renewal, and growth within existing partnershipsBuilding a high-performing, engaged team with strong accountability and resultsDelivering high-quality partner experiences that reinforce BGCA’s value and impactContributing to enterprise-wide Resource Development goals and collaborationWhat You Bring15+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or corporate partnership developmentProven track record of securing and growing high-value corporate relationshipsExperience leading and developing high-performing teamsAbility to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence across stakeholdersStrong business acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and pipeline managementExperience in nonprofit, cause marketing, or mission-driven environments preferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceYou bring both strategy and execution. BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training and experience, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
