We are a scratch kitchen and a bar stocked with a full line of fine spirits and a full line of craft beer.Service Manager Job Requirements:Deliver outstanding guest experience to each guest through highly trained and supported team membersCreate a Culture focused on its people as the #1 assetDaily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support in a timely mannerDrive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team MembersQuality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountabilityWill ensure consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.Service Manager Job Qualifications:2+ years of management experience required.2+ years of Full-Service restaurant management experience required.2+ years of FOH management experience required.Management of at least 25 staff members required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Education Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent.Service Manager Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off- 1 week off in the 1st yearSalary- $65,000- $70,000
