Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking full-time, part-time, and on-call Behavior Technicians and Teacher Aides to support students with special needs across Ku201312 school sites in Orange County for the upcoming 2026u20132027 school year What We Offer + Mondayu2013Friday schedules + Weekly pay + Competitive pay rates + Behavior Technicians: $23u201327/hr (varies on experience) + Teacher Aides: $19u201322/hr (varies on experience) + Paid training Behavior Technician Responsibilities: The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives through ABA therapy. Teacher Aide Responsibilities: The Teacher Aide will provide one-on-one or small-group support to students with special needs, reinforce academic, social, and behavioral goals, and help maintain a safe, positive learning environment. Teacher Aides also assist with classroom organization, student supervision, and effective communication with teachers and school staff.
