No County Ulster Street Address Highland Residential Center 629 North Chodikee Lake Road City Highland State NY Zip Code 12528 Duties Description Prepare and cook a variety of foods including soups, sauces, meats, fish, vegetables, baked goods, etc.Supervise kitchen staff in the storage, preparation, cooking and dispensing of food.Clean and sanitize kitchen facilities, utensils and equipment.Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
