Description We are looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager to drive impactful digital marketing strategies that boost engagement, awareness, and conversion rates. This role focuses on creating seamless digital experiences that guide prospects and customers through meaningful interactions, ultimately contributing to business growth. Must be commutable to the office 5 days per week. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. u2022 Utilize a variety of channels, including websites, paid media, and marketing automation, to optimize the marketing mix. u2022 Design and refine digital touchpoints such as landing pages, online forms, and website journeys to maximize conversion rates. u2022 Identify and address bottlenecks within the marketing funnel, implementing strategies to improve overall performance. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience, to enhance lead handling and conversion processes. u2022 Create nurturing programs that guide prospects through the customer journey, from initial interest to activation and ongoing engagement. u2022 Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to lead generation, acquisition, and audience engagement. u2022 Develop and implement attribution models and frameworks that connect digital marketing efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and effective. Requirements u2022 5u20137+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing. u2022 Proven expertise in designing and optimizing digital acquisition and engagement journeys across multiple channels. u2022 Skilled in improving landing pages, forms, and conversion paths to enhance user experience. u2022 Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems such as Salesforce. u2022 Strong analytical abilities with experience evaluating campaign performance and building attribution models. u2022 Background in financial services, technology, SaaS, fintech, or related industries is preferred. u2022 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business objectives. u2022 Solid understanding of digital analytics and the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions.
