Job Title: Lessons Learned Analyst-19th and 20th Special Forces Groups (Airborne) Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: As a CACI Lessons Learned Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team assisting the U.S. Army Special Operations Command Lessons Learned Program. You will save lives, resources, and time through aggressive global collection, analysis, outreach, and dissemination of relevant U.S. Army Special Operations Forces observations, insights, and lessons to the Special Operations Forces Warfighter and Joint Community. Responsibilities: You will also support the following tasks: + Collection Planning and Data Gathering: Develop strategic collection plans and gather qualitative and quantitative data through direct methods such as interviews, observations, and field visits to effectively fulfill 19th/20th Special Forces Groupsu2019 lessons-learned requirements. + Data Analysis and Dissemination: Process collected data by analyzing and archiving observations and insights. Identify actionable lessons and prepare them for dissemination to 19th/20th Special Forces Groups in a timely and coherent manner. + Collaborative Knowledge Sharing: Utilize advanced communication systems and collaborative platforms to facilitate proactive information sharing. Coordinate peer reviews and knowledge exchanges to ensure the broader SOF community benefits from lessons learned. + Deliverables and Communications: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations on findings to 19th/20th Special Forces Groupsu2019 staff and senior leadership. Engage in written and oral communication to convey critical insights and recommendations effectively. Qualifications: _Required:_ + A minimum of three years of experience in SOF within an O-6 or above operational or strategic-level command. + Active TS/SCI Clearance, or ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. + Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems. + Ability to prepare and deliver briefings to leadership. + Ability to prepare collection plans and to collect data using direct methods of interviewing and observation. + Knowledge of SOF Command structure to enable targeted dissemination of observations, insights and lessons for all operations. + Ability to write detailed portions of studies. + Knowledge of Joint and SOF Doctrine and TTPs. + Ability to use collaborative communications systems. + A bacheloru2019s degree and ten years of experience, an associate degree and 15 years of experience, or 20 years of relevant work experience. _Desired:_ + SOF Qualification (RANGER, SEALs, Special Forces Qualification Course, Marine Special Operations Qualification Course, Air Force Special Operations Qualification Course) + A masteru2019s degree + SOF GO level Staff experience. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
